Insurance update

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for allowing me be part of your care. It has been a privilege to work with you and support your communication needs. I am writing to inform you that, effective 10/01/2025, I will no longer be in-network with Pennsylvania Medicaid. This was not an easy decision, and it comes with considerable thought about how best to continue providing high-quality, patient-centered care to you and your loved ones. Sadley, the administrative problems I have had with Pennsylvania Medicaid have caused a significant financial burden and led to many stressful months. I understand that this change may be inconvenient, and I deeply regret any futher disruption it may cause. You are important to me, and I remain committed to supporting you in the best way I can. That is why I have developed a Sliding Fee Discount Program which will become effective 10/01/2025 so that you may continue receiving care at my practice on an out-of-pocket network or self-pay basis. I am currently compiling all the information you need to apply for the program long before 10/01/2025. The Sliding Fee Discount Program is open for all to apply for. I encourage those with commercial insurance to view the information carefully as you may be eligible for a reduction in co-payments, co-insurance, or deductible expenses. Program specifics and applications will be sent via email and regualr mail, will be available for pick up in the office, and posted on the website shortly. Please let me know if you would like to meet with me to discuss the program and how it may affect you.

Picture Communication Sign

Pictures and symbols are a way of communicating with others if you have difficulty speaking or are non-verbal. This communication sign proudly stands in Bingham Park in Hawley, Pennsylvania. The creation and installation of the sign was made possible by a collaborative effort between High Falls Speech Therapy Center, who requested a more inclusive play space and spearheaded the project, Pocono Sign Company, who donated the fabrication of the sign, TechOWL who gifted the graphics, and Hawley Parks and Recreation Department , who installed the sign.
